These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shuttlecast browser extension and website (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Shuttlecast is a free tool for recording your screen, tab, or camera, sharing recordings via links, embedding them, and building interactive demos. Features and availability may change or be discontinued at any time.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the recordings, demos, and other content you create (“Your Content”). We claim no ownership over Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content, including where and how it is stored and shared. If you enable cloud sharing, Your Content is stored in the storage project you connect, under your control.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

4. Third-party services

Cloud storage, hosting, and other integrations are provided by third parties under their own terms. You are responsible for your accounts and usage with those providers. Shuttlecast is not responsible for third-party services and is not affiliated with them.

5. Trademarks

Loom, Storylane, Arcade, Scribe, Tango, Cursorful, and other product names referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. References are for comparison and identification only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recordings will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shuttlecast and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
